At Natural State Dental, we want to give our patients without dental insurance a plan that could offer them similar savings, without the hassles of deductibles and claim forms.
When you join the Natural State Dental Wellness Plan, you will receive:

- One Comprehensive Exam (1 st year only)
- Two adult or child cleanings with fluoride per year—absence of infection ( must be used within the 12 month period of current contract )
- One healthy periodic dental exam for the first year and then two per year after first year
- One emergency exam and any individual x-rays
- Two Oral Cancer screenings per year
- 4 Bitewing X-rays per year (after the first year)
- PA x-rays as needed or determined by the dentist
- Panorex or Full Mouth Series of X-rays (1 every 5 years)
- 50% of additional cleanings
- 15% off fillings, crowns, core build-ups, sealants, implant restorations, veneers, bridges, root canals, oral surgery, partials, and dentures
- $500 off Invisalign
- $325 Teeth Whitening
Enrolling in the Dental Wellness Plan is both straightforward and cost-effective. For an annual fee of $299 per adult or $149 per child, you can benefit from our Individual Plan. Alternatively, our Family Plan, covering two adults and two children, is available for $649 per year. The Natural State Dental Wellness Plan offers substantial savings on dental services with no cap on the amount you can save, encompassing all previously mentioned benefits.
